ATLANTA – Oct 15, 2020 – Diane Weinberg, a renowned Atlanta area elder care attorney, today announces the launch of her new firm, Weinberg Elder Law, LLC. The firm was formed to help families resolve disputes that impact seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Weinberg Elder Law focuses its practice on protecting vulnerable populations, including the elderly and disabled, through legal solutions and the courts when necessary. Practice areas include Guardianships and Conservatorships, Dispute Resolution and Fiduciary Litigation, and Elder Law and Elder Abuse Protection.
“It’s my privilege to serve our most vulnerable and treasured populations and their families,” said Weinberg. “My firm will engage the courts to resolve disputes when someone’s well-being is being threatened, but most importantly, we will look for solutions outside of the courtroom that help families in crisis.”
