Cheryl Hess is a Paralegal and the Firm Administrator for Weinberg Elder Law (WEL). Prior to the formation of WEL, Cheryl supported Diane in a similar role while Diane served as of counsel with Morgan & DiSalvo, P.C.
Cheryl first entered the field of corporate law in 1985, and after receiving her paralegal certificate in 1990, she worked her way up to managing a large corporate legal department, reporting directly to the General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. Her duties included preparing corporate disclosure documents and materials for board and shareholder meetings, assisting in mergers and acquisitions, and managing all departmental support staff. Ultimately this role led her to transition into the field of government affairs, where she worked as a liaison with state and federal legislative staff.
Today, Cheryl serves an invaluable member of the WEL team, conducting client intake, supervising client relations and case management, and assisting with drafting of documents. Cheryl especially enjoys the direct interaction she has with clients and thrives on her ability to make a positive impact on someone going through a challenging time in their life.
Cheryl lives with her husband and their three children in Chino, California. In her free time, she enjoys trips to California wine country and traveling around the world with family and friends.
